Shopping Online with Sunbula
How to Shop Online
- Finding and Choosing a Product
You can find the products several different ways, by the product category (bags, Christmas items, etc), or by the producers.
You can also search the product(s) by typing in the keyword(s) in “Search Sunbula” on the top right corner of the screen.
Once you locate the product, you can simply click on “Buy Now” or click on the product name. Now you will be on the product page where you can read the details, view a larger photo, and make a color selection or quantity to buy.
Click on “Add to Cart” to put it in your shopping cart if you are interested in the product. Putting the product in the shopping cart does not mean you will have to buy them. You will be able to edit the contents of your shopping cart during the check out process.
You can click on “Continue Shopping” to see more products, or click on “Check Out” to end the shopping.
Once you click on “Check Out,” you are asked to sign in to your account in order to process the payment and shipping. If you do not have an account with Sunbula Online Craft Market, you will be asked to sign up before proceeding further.

Check out is a 4-step process.
You are asked to confirm your delivery address to which the order will be shipped. If you wish to change the delivery address, you may do so by clicking on “Change Address” icon.
You are now asked to confirm your billing address and payment method. Sunbula accepts payment with credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, American Express), or by cashier’s check or international money order made payable to Sunbula. Please note that orders will only be processed once the check has been received.Should you need to change your billing address on your account, you may do so by clicking on “Change Address” icon.
All the items you have in your shopping cart now appear on the screen. You may make changes or delete items at this time by clicking on “edit” next to the product. Your payment details will be shown at this time before your final confirmation. When you are ready to check out, click on “Confirm Order” icon.
You have now finished the shopping, and will receive the confirmation e-mail from Sunbula informing you that the order is being processed. If the items are out of stock, Sunbula will notify you on the expected time for the shipping. You will receive another e-mail from Sunbula when the order is being shipped.
Payment
Sunbula accepts Visa, Master and American Express credit cards. Your credit card will not be charged until the day your order is shipped. The transaction may show in your current or next bank statement, depending on the billing cycle of your financial institution.
- Cashier’s Check / International Money Order
Sunbula accepts cashier’s checks or international money orders. Please note that there will be a longer order processing time, as the items will be shipped only after the check or money order has been deposited to Sunbula’s bank account.
There will be no sales taxes charged on your purchase at Sunbula, because Sunbula is a nonprofit organization.
Shipping
- Shipping Time and Methods
Sunbula ships the orders Monday through Friday.
Domestic orders (West Bank, Gaza Strip, Israel) are shipped via regular mail service.
International orders are shipped by EMS (Express Mail Service). EMS , the guaranteed worldwide courier service, is an international expedited shipping option offered by the Israel Postal Authority and 200 postal administrations worldwide. EMS guarantees delivery times of within 2-3 business days to main destinations worldwide with Internet tracking.
Sunbula sends you an email with the EMS tracking number when you order is being shipped. Your shipment can be tracked by entering your tracking number at: http://www.postil.com/
Shipping charge is calculated automatically when you place an order, and will show it on your total cost at the check out. Please note that the cost for shipping the olive wood carving products and olive oil soap will be higher as they weigh more than embroidered products.
Returns and Exchange Policy
Customer has 7 days upon receipt of order to return items to Sunbula. We cannot accept items that have been damaged or used. A refund will only be issued after receipt of the items. The customer is responsible for all postage costs.
If there is a problem with the order the customer should notify Sunbula by email using the contact us page on the web site within 3 days of receipt of order. Please specify what the problem is.
Note that Sunbula cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in the mail. All claims of this nature must be directed to EMS.
