The society provides income-generation for 20 women through basketry and processed food products, made with the women’s traditional knowledge rooted in their rural heritage. The Society produces baskets and trays from wheat stalks and olive branches using the traditional techniques passed down through generations in farming communities in Palestine. Their food products include organic honey, olive tapenade and zaatar spice mix.
